Pros

There is one thing you will undoubtably feel from the first moment you become a "Gainster": this company truly believes that you can win in business while being Human First. The core values of embracing diversity and inclusion, prioritizing family/life and following the Golden Rule are all key ingredients to the Gainsight culture recipe.

Cons

Get ready to sink or swim! Things move quickly and can change directions on a dime but there is never a dull moment at Gainsight.

Pros

The company encourages innovation and has a "human-first" approach to business. Great PTO policy and monthly recharge days really add to work-life balance in a remote atmosphere. Nick (CEO) and Karl (Pres Products, Tech) do a great job in keeping teammates informed with weekly updates that are informative, personal, and witty.

Cons

No pay raises this year which was difficult as the cost of living has increased. Would like to see 401K match as well as more WFH benefits. Minimal reimbursement for internet does not make up for the cost savings that the company has gained from not having a physical office. Most new hiring is based out of India so it makes it more challenging working cross-functionally with teams.
