      -Nick Mehta! -Executive team values the work you do and encourages a growth mindset. -Great company culture and community. We actually live by our company values (Shoshin, Golden Rule, Childlike Joy, Stay Thirsty, & Success For All.) -Recharge days (entire company has one extra day off together each month.) - Work/Life Balance. Executives and Teammate Success go out of their way to encourage and create the space for self care. -A very compassionate place to work. Your manager and co-workers care about you personally and professionally. - Remote working environment, unlimited time off, and many other great benefits.
