Pros

GalaxE pays good salaries at all levels. They only take lateral hires and do not hire freshers. Work is with good customers in healthcare domain mainly.

Cons

Bad work culture. Rules are made at top and no feedback is heard by executives. Indian operations are very badly managed. One man makes all decisions with no sensitivity to any employee concerns.
