Pros

I have noticed that in the past few months, there have been a lot of managment training opportutnies that the company is offering during work hours.

Cons

The classes are split up over several days which can make it difficult to confimr attendance.

Pros

It's the little things that count. The birthday cakes each month, the bagel Monday's, employee appreciation week, the company picnic and end of the year party, Superbowl potluck, all these events make us employees feel appreciated.
