Pros

The only pro working in GalaxE Solutions is good compensation in terms of salary only which is above market standard.

Cons

1. Higher Management is a complete failure. 2. Resources always remain insecure being here. 3. Work pipeline is not exposed to the resources.

Pros

Good insight provided into the art of IT bodyshopping and marketing Fair wages paided I believe their original idea to bring jobs to Detroit while grow their business was a good one

Cons

Amazingly bad working conditions with little or no regard or respect for the individual. Regardless of title - you are a consultant. Very high turnover due to management laying off immediately upon your assignment ending. This model is OK but should be compensating you as a consultant and being up front with you about this. From what I hear (2nd hand at this point) - Detroit remains pretty much a ghost town - primarly off-shores and HR folks. They are not a solutions based company - they are a body shop.
