There are good initiatives initiated recently & I find some of the good Practices are getting implemented & evolving over time. I always believe in sentence “Every Big things starts with small & we would need to do small beginning”. I find most of the reviews posted are individual Bad experiences & not company’s actual facts.

Cons

I feel some level of transparency must be required. W.r.t employee’s annual review process People must be encouraged to provide suggestions (Fear Less) on improvement & unbiased manor.
