      My boss is mean to me. The workplace is depressing. The commute is hell.

      Pros

      Used to be a great company with a great culture. Employees were valued and great benefits. People worked hard and had years of success on good brands.

      Cons

      New owners EQT and CEO Flemming have completely destroyed Galderma. Every year benefits are cut, goals are intentionally set ridiculously high so they don't have to pay bonuses, meanwhile they launched an IPO and release record net profits off the backs of the employees. Senior leadership is fired every year for missing goals. Every decision is based on the short-term and is setting up for a disaster long-term. They have completely destroyed the culture and made this the most toxic culture in the industry. Such a shame.

      Pros

      There is nothing positive to say about this company. Do your homework before you interview. The disorganization of HR should have been my first red flag.

      Cons

      Billion dollar company that tries to hide as a “start up”. They will claim to not have a budget for anything despite record profits every quarter. They will burn you into the ground, make it impossible to achieve quotas so they DON’T have to pay you - and if you do make it by some miracle - they make you wait months to receive it in a trap to keep you there. It is all carefully designed to be toxic environment.
