      Good pay, nice office, a lot of nice people

      Cons

      Good company for entry level to mid-management positions. Do not get director or above position as these are being rotated out frequently. As soon as the division doesn't perform, they rotate the divisional leadership right away. Multiple General Managers, multiple finance leaders, multiple Heads of Marketing, Sales & Operations Leadership within last couple of years.

      I learned a lot while at galderma and am grateful for the opportunity. Still looks great on a resume and wish them the best

      Cons

      as someone who left an amazing company to come here, and was laid off by them with over 50% of the sales staff I feel morally obligated to let any prospective employee know that apparently they do realignments and layoffs every two years at galderma. I’ve since met several people who have been laid off from galderma rx years prior.

      Very dysfunctional environment. HR and management are nasty, even downright sinister.
