Pros

There is nothing positive to say about this company. Do your homework before you interview. The disorganization of HR should have been my first red flag.

Cons

Billion dollar company that tries to hide as a “start up”. They will claim to not have a budget for anything despite record profits every quarter. They will burn you into the ground, make it impossible to achieve quotas so they DON’T have to pay you - and if you do make it by some miracle - they make you wait months to receive it in a trap to keep you there. It is all carefully designed to be toxic environment.

Pros

The hiring process at Galderma was very thorough, organized, straight forward and communicative. I knew from the start that there were various steps aheads with multiple interviews and a final case study. I really felt that they wanted it to get it right both ways and appreciated the transparency throughout the entire process! People have been welcoming and it has been great so far!

Cons

The only con would be the time it takes for the entire process but it is very understandable there are numerous steps that have to be done so just have patience.
