Pros

The entire interview/hiring process was quick, and the team was great and processional. The hiring manager was awesome and all of my conversation with the team were genuine.

Cons

There is a bit of a hiccup here and there but overall, I had a great experience throughout the process.

Pros

I have none to share here

Cons

I was offered a role and told less than a week before my start date that I’d need to travel to their HQ in Dallas — something that was never mentioned during the interview process. When a parent fell seriously ill, I asked to delay my start by just a few days to handle family matters, but they couldn’t offer that small courtesy. This, after I went through four+ rounds of interviews and nearly two months of waiting for an offer. It became clear they lack empathy and foster a rigid, unsupportive environment. Honestly, I dodged a bullet and they lost a really good employee. They also encourage you to write a good review on Glassdoor upon offer which is shady just to boost their reviews. Wait to write a review when you actually start and get a feel for the actual company.
