Dysfunctional infrastructure given size of company, lack of investment in key enabling functions causes stress and pressure which could be easily resolved with better systems

Pros

Pay is decent for someone starting off post uni graduation.

Cons

No worklife balance, expectations too high. Bosses will personally attack you and degrade you. And if you work for a third party (impres) and are hired to work for galderma they will make you feel less than and take more advantage of you.
