      Pros

      Great people. Good projects. Good events. Continued training benefits staff growth and knowledge base. Projects vary, keep you on your toes and expands your knowledge base of exterior building enclosures.

      Great upper management and working atmosphere. Majority of everyone in the office was great to work with and all friendly.

      Monthly employee lunches. Free parking. Not much else.

      Cons

      Management micromanages employees and picks and chooses when they want to comply with the state building code. Upper management has very poor people skills. Lots of employee turnover. Office is run like a sweat shop.
