Gale is a great place to work. Growing yet small company feel and you never feel like a number. Management truly cares about its employees and wants to see their employees grow. Gale offers great benefits that include medical, dental, vision, FSA, and life insurance coverage. Gale also offers a generous tuition, college loan repayment program, and a dependent care allowance. The culture is very fun – there are events planned throughout the year such as Paint Nite, Red Sox Opening Day, Kids Holiday party that really brings everyone together. Gale is also dog friendly. One of the best places I have ever worked!

Everyone is friendly, welcoming and always willing to help when needed at Gale Associates. Management encourages professional growth and overall happiness, and are very receptive to any questions or concerns. Gale’s benefits are great, they recently introduced college loan repayment program, where they start contributing a predetermined amount towards employee’s student loan after 1 year of employment. They also offer tuition assistance to employee’s who are continuing education. Gale coordinates monthly social events that contributes to good morale within the company and gives it more of a family type feel instead of just co-workers.
