Pros

Fun mission and learning goals

Cons

Galileo hires more staff than there are positions available. Folks are sent offer letters of employment guaranteeing fulltime weekly work for the summer but upon camp start date are told the assigned camp location can actually only guarantee ad-hoc or conditional hours if another employee calls out. Staff are not informed of their employment status change until after they have performed all pre-camp setup and install.
