Pros

There was nothing good about this job

Cons

My boss had no idea about the learning needs of 1st graders, and she was always looking over you shoulder for everything. For a company that promotes self-thinking and innovation, they don't allow for their employees.

Pros

Took educational value seriously, employees were challenged yet supported throughout employment, management was superb and multi-tiered, communication between HR, Home Office, and local management was great

Cons

Can be a little overwhelming, some employees were not qualified, did not always accommodate issues that were sufficiently important
