Pros

- Very fun work environment - A lot of flexibility allowed when teaching your kids - Very approachable management (they also visit every campsite multiple times throughout the summer)

Cons

- You won't survive if you aren't patient and outgoing - A lot of prep work is required for some projects, which means you might need to be on site overtime with no pay - Not a place for people who aren't willing to make a fool of themselves for their kids

Pros

- great senior leadership (watches out for you and can always be approached about any issues you may be having) - very pro-active at providing constructive feedback - welcoming team dynamic, always open to ideas - increased pay for each year you return - FUN!!!

Cons

- some of the curriculum needs more development so you end up spending extra time prepping it yourself - could be very dependent on which classes you teach and who your Lead Instructor is - you have to keep up the super energetic camp personality for 8 weeks, sometimes it can be really hard to do so
