Pros

Extremely innovative and awesome mission. The camps are phenomenal, and 90% of staffers are great as well, given the rigorous interview process. For anyone who is child-oriented, this camp (both at the summer camp level and the office level) is a thrilling, wacky, fun, engaging place to inspire real change in the lives of children and parents. I learned so much from my two years working full-time over the summer and met amazing staffers and children that changed my life.

Cons

Pay for summer interns and team leaders were a bit low. Long hours are exhausting and another break outside of lunch would really benefit staffers.
