Pros

Benefits were good but expensive. That is the only good thing I can say.

Cons

I still have PTSD 2+ years from leaving them. I can't hear an email ding notification without it giving me anxiety. Complete lack of understanding of what employees go through and personal boundaries. Vacation days are ignored as I still always received urgent texts and emails requiring me to login on holidays even at 6:30 in the morning. So many sleepless nights during employment and after due to work trauma.
