Pros

There are a lot of ways to advance professionally at Gallagher. If you connect with your manager and build a good relationship, they will also work to make sure you reach your goals and where you want to be. It is a very team oriented place, with team building events and gatherings.

Cons

A lot of work in account management is based off clients decisions, which in most cases, happen last minute. This can result in long work days and hours certain times of the year through renewals. The benefit packages offered are not great.
