They trust that you will get your work done... don't keep track of hours on a daily basis and trust that you will get all of your work done in a timely manner

Cons

If your not in tight with the boss, you aren't going to advance. They may promise you things, but that is to just make you happy in the moment.

Other than making a few new friends, there aren't any.

HORRIBLE environment; over worked, some are grossly under paid, micro-managed, NO TRAINING, no structure, no communication. STAY AWAY.
