Gallagher is very invested in my growth in the role as a CSM. The achieve program was such a great opportunity, everyone at my office is very helpful and I fell like they want me to succeed. Wfh is also very nice!

Cons

The workload can be a bit much at times but my manager is always extremely accommodating.
