No pros. Nothing is positive.

Cons

No flexibility in working.. Bad and inappropriate behaviour by HR team and management too. No professional behaviour seen within management team including team leader. High level of partiality is being done and very bad company for new joiners. No prior information given to the employees about which process they are going to join. Overall experience is very bad and very unethical behaviour has been observed.
