Pay is horribly low to survive in a city like bangalore. Very depressing work environment and a very corrupt management. Partiality and biasness can be easily observed. Work culture ain't that great too. Horrible location and on top of that incentive structure is so bad that u hardly earn any. Too much micro level politics at all levels. Really tough to survive here if you can't speak kannada Or telugu. Hardly anyone speaks English. If you are from the North better avoid it. People are not so friendly here. Really struggled like hell
