heavy workload poor management clients run the claims and your opinions mean little numerous repetitive tasks average pay and benefits small raises expect to work 10 hours a day and weekends to keep afloat do not expect help from your immediate supervisor they are just as busy

Receiving a paycheck is about the only benefit of working here

So much misinformation. Trainers and supervisors have no idea what’s going on most of the time and they’re not willing to help Because they don’t actually know how to do the work. Everything works against adjusters at this company. All the work is duplicated and duplicated and nobody cares. Departments overseas are so difficult to communicate with even their emails do not make any sense due to improper language and grammar. Proprietary? Someone might be proud of the system(S), but I have not met one single person at this company since I begin working here who is happy about this company. They’re just stuck here. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen to be honest. This insurance company does not care about anything or anyone.
