      Pros

      Reasonable pay, ok work life balance, if you work right, it can be beneficial

      Cons

      No growth, come as being racist “it’s the other team’s fault (people are non Americans)”, can’t suggest any improvement, your name can’t be on any documents you create “the whole Team is part of the doc even though you created”, you bring up a point, you work in it(as if it’s our fault that we found a fault), no communication betweeen management and employee or between supervisors, if work is done by other team, no way to know the overview of what’s done (no knowledge of the work, just what you do),same thing you do every day, do only what’s documented, needs be redefined based on the industry standard, otherwise it seems like 1st grade work

      Pros

      Worked tirelessly and sacrificed so much but with a smile on my face, my passion is insurance and all I wanted was for my team and office to succeed.

      Cons

      I feared going into the office some days. I was bullied and harassed by employees which made it very difficult for me to get my work done. And although I'm very team oriented, I kept to myself to avoid the constant conflict and unfair office politics that often arose. I've never felt so defeated in my entire insurance career.

      Weak Management - Lazy Account Executives - High Level of Favoritism

      Good starting wage, lots of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Leadership is weak and deceptive. There is huge disconnect between management and the service team i.e. half of the service team left due to the same issues. The favoritism is blunt and right in your face. Several weak team members were promoted with little knowledge of the industry and ghastly work ethics. There are also a number of account executives who don't pull their own weight. In short, success here is driven by office politics not performance.
