Adequate pay. Laidback environment. Remote.

Cons

One of the worst benefit plans I’ve seen in my adult life. Very little structure. Very heavy workload. Inadequate training. Lots of meetings for no reason. Stressful. Extremely high caseload

Pros

Nice people working there. I really liked my supervisor. Starting salary was decent. Meaningful work, and you do get to work remote.

Cons

They draw you in with a good starting salary, but beware, it is hard to get a raise, and they have quickly become out of step with the market in terms of pay. PTO and retirement do NOT start day one, PTO is the 1st day of the month after you reach 90 days of service. 401k match starts 12 months after hire. Worst I've seen in the industry! People are leaving in droves for better offers. The people who stay are rewarded with more work, infrequent raises and no bonus. Things will get worse if this is not fixed.
