      Hard Liquors - Lesbians and Jews STAY AWAY

      Benefits except for medical - medical is lacking

      An high up executive in the P&C Division in the US makes fun of Lesbians. He calls them the « hard liquors » because a specific high revenue sales woman likes to drink. There is a double entendra that is more than a micro-aggression. Disgusting. Not a good environment for women and people of color. There was an article about the mistreatment of women in the Business Insurance publication as alleged by Alliant. I would agree with that synopsis. Also, the recent engagement survey shows poor experience for women and people of color.

      Sexist management EVERYWHERE that refuses to give employees raises. Upper management doesn’t “believe” in raises so don’t work here if you enjoy being rewarded for your work. Only way to get a raise is to leave. Also the company gives a measly TEN vacation days for the first 5 years of working there. Most companies are giving their employees 20 at this point. They do not care about you at all, you’re just a number on a spreadsheet. Avoid.

      There is not enough of a focus on quality claims handling Too many rules and procedures to follow that limit your ability to complete your work. High case loads Low pay High turnover
