      Pros

      Some of the people are very polite.

      Cons

      This might be the worst structured company to work for ever. The nepotism is outrageous for this company and many of the top producers in the company do not split their commission with their team members very well. Management will fire anyone who speaks their mind in a positive and respectful way because they feel it is "challenging" their authority. Watch out for this company.

      Pros

      Large company with room to grow, benefits comparable to other similar companies. Good location.

      Cons

      Inconsistent policies. Some managers allow people to work from home while with their small children at home; others do not allow WFH at all. Some managers WFH several days a week and are largely unavailable by email, phone, or text while supposedly working from home.
