If you can not find other work, it's a job.

Work life balance? What's this? GB may state they offer this by "being flexible" but this really means, they'll let you run errands but you better be by your phone. Vacation? Illness? Death in the family? They do not care. You better be by your phone. They'll let you go, they'll just call your cell or not so subtly require you have wifi and your laptop. The workload expectations are unrealistic. Then they'll ask if there is anything they can do, as though giving you 80 hours of work to be done in 40 is feasible. They'll start nice and supportive, but then the mask will slip.

Decent PTO, optional holidays and a mental health day, work remote ability, Free CEU training program,

Cons

Horrible management, they overload you with claims or constantly assign claims to you from people after they leave, they didnt pay me out my entire pto balance and ive had to continue to email about it with no response, and they will notify prior clients that you are still there even though youve been gone. HR nightmare and I would never work there again.
