      Pros

      Depending on where you work there are some good people and there can be good teams.

      Cons

      They have some of the worst people you will ever work with who will try and belittle you every chance they get. You also will not be able to move up at all unless you work there for a minimum of 10 years or if you have family members who work here as well and are in the higher up. They will try and get you to sell out all of your friends and family for insurance, just so they can get the premium and don't think you are going to get commission for selling your soul. Someone else will take that from you as well.

      There is a lot of autonomy when working. If you are good at self starting and owning your job you will be appreciated

      Cons

      Little growth opportunity. No raises or appreciation for amount of time and energy you put into your job. Company is more concerned about growth than about their employees

      Pros

      I like working with the people in the office.

      Cons

      The management in the office and at a higher level just don't care about where you're at in life. They promise things and never perform on those promises. There was no training, the only Insurance based knowledge I've gotten was from going to classes and buying books with my own money. It's a very low-paying job. There was a guy, younger than I who started at the same time and was offered more money, starting than I was and I had a college degree. It's very sexist that way.
