No work life balance. Constantly being lied to by management. The reward for working extreme overtime to get your file count down is to have a block transfer of new files. Too much box checking verses actual claims handling. Audits are by non-claims people and not allowed to challenge audit findings. Too many unprofessional managers. No training of new staff. Team has to step in to help new members. Have heard many times new team members complain they interviewed for a particular job, accepted that job and then found themselves in a different and unexpected role. Retaliation for real and often "perceived" transgressions. Politics rather than skills get people promoted to supervisor. Lots of top sheeting vs actual claims handling is rewarded.
