this is a very unorganized company. you could complete a required doc and they will come after you for that complected doc saying it isn't done.. they work like a production line. it will get boring. they laid off people from a company they acquired after saying those peoples jobs were safe preventing them from leaving for new opportunity. Their maternity leave is 4 weeks? they have no merit/market adjustment increases. They also have you track your hours of work.

No annual bonuses On the lower end of pay compared to other companies Lots of pointless activities/task the company is constantly implementing that need to be addressed/closed out, but ultimately slow you down and cause more unnecessary work. High turnover and no actual replacement of that employee. They praise you but dont want to pay you outside small annual raises, despite how well you do.
