Rampant nepotism and retaliation where you think you're doing okay, then managers are quick to throw you or anyone but exec level under the bus. Managers have minimal training and are more concerned with money and making sure they keep the dwindling clients they have...They will add more work to your role and demand longer hours. Minimal communication from leaders or any other the million divisions. A lot of aguistionms and not sustainable. They acquired a company because they had a better software.
