Financially strong; Respect in the industry; Autonomy

Cons

Lack of diversity; Branch office staff is too thin to get things done; Terrible benefits; Lower than average pay; NO career advancement if not in the corporate office; Corporate does not have a clue what it takes to get things done in the field; Resources are extremely out of date

Pros

Unique and Great Culture. This is truly a place where you can create your own career - nobody will put you in a box. If you can make a business case for something, you'll get the green light to drive results. I haven't worked at another company where you can take your career in any direction that you choose. If you produce results the sky is the limit. Very solid financial results quarter over quarter, year over year.

Cons

Benefits are average at best, probably sub par if I'm being honest. The 401(k) match and ESPP are generous but the medical benefits are expensive. The options are good but the cost to the employee is far too high.
