      Pros

      Receiving a biannual bonus is nice. If socializing with colleagues is a priority you may enjoy working here. The company supports intramural sports teams.

      Cons

      Popularity is the driving force behind promotions. Family is the number one core value yet the firm places a disproportionate priority on overtime hours. If you're an engineer who enjoys time with family, this is not a good firm. Management want you here 55+ hours week in and week out. The associate program is a joke.

      Pros

      People are nice and there’s a lot of young people.

      Cons

      The work and management really don’t set you up for a good future. A lot of the time you spend trying to figure things out yourself. They are unorganized. It doesn’t seem like they know how to properly run a company that is profitable and provides good, consistent work.

      Pros

      Work life balance is pushed as a core value. Pto is never denied.

      Cons

      The culture feels a lot like a front and not sincere once you are here, its hyped up by the recruiters but not remotely what is advertised. There is also quite a lot of alcohol present in this office with a majority of events centered around getting overly intoxicated (especially company parties).
