I've worked at a few places that claim to promote a great culture and genuinely care about their employees, but none have backed up the claim quite like Galloway. The leadership team consistently takes proactive action to put the company and staff in a position to succeed, and promotes a positive work environment to facilitate turning out high-quality work while still finding ways to have fun. It really is a unique place.

This company is full of driven, intelligent people who have done a great job of keeping their pulse on the market and planning strategically to not only stay relevant but really achieve some tremendous growth in a market where there is a ton of competition and some volatility. Despite a lot of employees having a really long tenure with the company you do not see complacency or stagnation. In terms of job stability, if you are performing well at your job you should feel very secure here. While I am not in an enigneering, architecture or related profession it is evident that the team produces quality work and has a professional presence in the community. When you interview at Galloway one of the first people you meet is the company President who talks about company values and if you start with the company you will see those values put into action through and through. The leadership team genuinely cares about the employees and their growth potential. I had an unexpected family illness issue that occured not long after I started and was immediately reassured that family comes first and the company was very understanding and accomodating. My immediate supervisor helped me grow trendously in the year I was with the company, particularly in helping me navigate challenging situations where I was struggling. In general people are very willing to jump in and help out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that across the board employees at Galloway are engaged beyond their immediate work responsibilities and are eager to participate in projects, welcome new employees, event planning, charitable events, etc. Overall if you are dedicated to your own career progression and are passionate about the work that you do you will find yourself in good company at Galloway. I ultimately left due to personal circumstances, and it was hard to say goodbye. I am confident the company will continue to thrive and bring on more great people.
