It’s a mess.

Pros

Good hours, overtime, coffee, products

Cons

I stayed for three years. There is no accountability. No amount of work you do will make a difference. You can be perfect in what you do only to have some bozo mess things up down the line- then you get complained at incessantly by departments and management that keep piling more work on. There is no quality control in production just people under pressure to keep cranking things out. This place is bleeding money.

Customers aren't valued

Pros

It's a great job if you enjoy giving your customers bad news everyday.

Cons

Lots of turnover & takes a very long time to replace anyone--training & computer system aren't designed around actual day to day needs.
