      Galls provides clear cut sales and revenue goals which are clearly aligned with the overall company goals. The CEO has also set clear focus and direction on serving those who serve.

      Cons

      Highly complex uniform programs that differ from agency to agency in a given market require a high level of accuracy and little room for error.

      Pros

      I have been very fortunate to have a long and evolving career at Galls. I have stayed here for so long because I have had supportive leaders that have encouraged and supported me as I continued to grow and evolve my career. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, which is huge for me because the people you work with make all the difference and help support you through the more challenging times. It is nice to work for a company with a strong mission of serving those that are responsible for protecting our communities.

      Intense continual project work across the company in all areas while helping support the company to continue to grow can get overwhelming at times.
