Pros

Low stress, once you learn how to process orders. Customers are patient and can usually help you fulfill their order.

Cons

Initially I was thrown to the wolves, expected to do orders without training, or a computer login. It's the end of my third week and I've basically just had to struggle along learning something new with every order. Each order is basically the same, adding patches and identification but in the back everything is a mess and the specific patches required to ring up orders correctly are difficult to find.

Pros

Interned this past summer and part time this semester. Fast-paced environment with a lot of great experience developed. Didn't feel like an intern and my boss made it a point to expose me to as many different things as possible. Overall, a great experience.

Cons

A tad outdated on certain things. Could use an update of the website as competitors sites look more sleek and current.
