It's a nice feeling to be helping first responders.

Cons

Consistent check in about profit. Leaves employees no room to focus on actually doing their job. In turn means poor customer service. Extremely chaotic and difficult process with using and updating POS.

Decent pay and willingness to give people chances.

Cons

Extreme silo environment. Little interaction between departments. Mass layoffs - about 15% of workforce was fired in one single day. Most analytics were compiled using excel… tedious and old-school. Cubicles. Felt like advancement would take years and years.
