      Pros

      Pay is excellent and fair with market standards. The job requirements and expectations are clearly defined and attainable. You always know who you report to for questions and direction. Company is scaling massively.

      Cons

      No cons discovered as of yet. I do get the impression that they have open hiring practices, meaning, you aren’t garunteed to move up unless you can prove to beat other prospective applicants in the interview process. This is good in my opinion - every current employee is there on merit alone!
