Pros

The company has top notch business development team and has secured the majority of the market in their industry. This was accomplished mainly through acquisitions.

Cons

Software integration of the new companies is always a challenge for the employees on both sides of the acquisition.

Pros

Significant growth opportunities throughout the organization as it expands, good HR support, good collaboration between corporate departments and retail locations, a very rewarding line of work due to customer base: law enforcement, fire departments, and other public entities

Cons

Some corporate departments are overworked. Lackluster compensation outside salary and health insurance. No 401k match the last several years, merit based increases consistently less than inflation increases.

Pros

Chill environment, easy job

Cons

Terrible management, they do not care about anything. They do not offer yearly raises. Sexuall harassment is ridiculous even from supervisors and then when you report them, they create a hostile work environment. They require you to do overtime within a hours notice.
