      - I'm so proud to work here. This is a global brand that makes people's work and life experiences better, and I get to be a part of it. - The people who work here have an intensity, commitment and joy in their work that I haven’t experienced anywhere else.  - I have influence over my development. Over the years, I've asked to work on more of this or that type of work that I enjoyed, and my managers helped me connect with opportunities to learn about, contribute to, or lead those types of projects.  - AI use is expected, and we're taught how to use it. We're making tech changes to stay relevant and agile for the long term. Although these changes are happening fast and change is hard, the vision for the future is exciting.  - I'm trusted to get my work done and supported in what I need to do for my family, so I feel empowered to be both a reliable employee and a reliable parent.
