Pros
This has been a great first year and really flown by. This indicates that I am enjoying my job and not paying attention to how long I have been doing it. I really like that Gallup buys into what it sells. The people are great and the teamwork and communication is excellent.
Cons
Lack of specific ERGs. Invest in Employee Resource Groups. I know there is an all encompassing team but I find that employees really get evolved and take ownership in the company when they have specific groups they can be part of that understands their individual needs and wants.
