Pros

The organization was founded with great intentions - eliciting the strengths/positive qualities (related to performance) in people.

Cons

Leadership is horrible - family run business, which means decisions are made in a silo and without much thought-leadership (because the leaders aren't very highly educated or knowledgeable about industry trends)

Pros

Excellent building and work spaces. Wonderful perks like a print shop, on-site gym with trainers, cafe, coffee, and more.

Cons

In 2009 they raised hour expectations by 10% without change in pay. At times they do not seem to eat their own "dog food". "Grow horizontally for higher pay"...There are glass ceilings for pay, no matter how much extra work or complexity of work you take on, once you hit the cap, that is it. Instead of consulting the IT teams for realistic deadlines, the deadlines seem to come out of thin air and employees work themselves sick to meet them. You have to stand up for yourself and force reasonable work hours or you will be swept away.

Pros

Some flexibility in work schedule but almost all gone now.

Cons

Run away, they do not want your opinions, they do not care about anyone, they do not have real "engagement", only forced. Always taking advantage of their overworked, underpaid employees and too many "required" not paid for meetings, feedback and requirements that are part of the job again not paid for.
