Pros

Supportive leadership and teammates who genuinely empower you to grow. I’ve learned so much here, and the culture makes a huge difference — people are friendly, collaborative, and great to work with. As a working parent, I also really appreciate the flexibility and trust given to manage my schedule, with focus placed on outcomes and delivery.

Cons

Gallup has a relatively flat hierarchy, which can be an adjustment depending on your working style. Some may prefer more structured layers or clearer lines of authority, but it also creates a very open and collaborative environment.

Pros

Excellent co-workers who are committed to quality work. Interesting and meaningful work at times.

Cons

There is a very blanketed commitment to AI integration from without much specific strategy. I am not anti-AI. It is very useful for many aspects of my role, but leadership treats it like it will improve everything better without much specific direction, strategic rollout, or thought behind where it should or shouldn't yet be applied. Runs very lean. Work-life balance is structurally impossible. Pay does not match competition or the workload expectations.

Pros

The office environment is modern, attractive, and well-designed

Cons

The company does not have an HR department, which becomes a serious issue when employees face workplace conflict, bullying, or need support with professional concerns. There was also a lack of transparency regarding benefits and workplace flexibility. Policies and expectations were changed without proper communication or consideration for employees’ personal circumstances. Career progression and salary increases did not appear to be based consistently on merit or performance. Promotions and pay rises seemed limited to a small group of preferred individuals, creating a perception of favoritism and an unfair workplace culture.
