      Decent benefits onsite gym wellness activities onsite credit union employees really care for each other Very bright employees

      Cons

      Annual hour requirement is crazy high. IT very dis-organized, little clear direction, or a direction that regularly changes. Spend years on a major strategy only to throw it away Instead of build once and reuse, it's rebuild, rebuild, rebuild. Even buying new software that does the same thing as software we already own, but is under-utilized or not implemented. Poor work/life balance Not a lot of room for upward growth. Very flat company. No vacation.. (Seriously). Any time you take off has to be made up.

      Gallup has hired managers at middle level who are egoistic, and have no skills, talent or ability. All managers in the middle level only do upward boss management and there is no focus on the needs of the employees. Some of the managers are so hopeless that you feel sense of shame to work for them. They do not even understand basics of engagement and processes.

      Great people, smart consultants, high energy co-workers

      Cons

      Poor management, changes made without full implementation plan, long-term employees are leaving. Company has been stagnant in terms of growth for last 10 to 15 years. Clients leave and can barely be replaced with new ones.
