This company hires people straight out of college and puts them in a management position with no experience. Other management is family and friends. They also make quick company decisions without any warning. Things such as pay are changed with only a months notice, and they just closed their Houston office because they are losing money. This company is going downhill fast.........be warned. It was a good company to work for, and may be still for some but unless you are in management, they surely view you as replaceable.
