Pros
Decent pay in my role Exercise, cell phone, and travel reimbursement Nice office space and location Great people to work with Great opportunities and experiences if you actively pursue them Flexible work schedule (time and location) Company mission and research makes it easy to feel proud to be part of the organization Focus on healthy eating and lifestyles Opportunity for your own office early in your career in most roles Monthly meetings with your manager make it easier to know how you're doing since you don't have to wait a year Client ratings, internal ratings, and role specific metrics provide multiple areas for feedback for a more balanced assessment Mix between salary and incentive pay (bonus)
Cons
The hour expectations can be high for some, so it is best to plan out your projects with your manager so you can be more likely to take vacations when you want and be available for other out of work commitments. Many struggle with this and can be frustrated if not done successfully. However, the flexible work program can provide many solutions. The hour expectations can burn some out, but expectations are provided prior to hiring. Each office location is unique so it pays off to ask about each to find the best fit for you (be around others in your role, pick a location that has more contracts in your industry of interest, etc.) There is a lot of responsibility which can be a con for some that are easily overwhelmed. For others it can be motivating and/or lead to great opportunities.
