      Pros

      Wonderful working environment. Good people with excellent communication. Not a lot of upwards movement but individual incentives more than make up for it. This is a place that values people.

      Cons

      Company leadership is prone to flights of fancy. This can lead to drastic changes in your focus which may not last.

      Pros

      Your co-workers seem to care about you, generally nice people, no time clock, you make your own schedule. What i like most you can go and come as you please.

      Cons

      Managers aren't real managers there more like babysitters, or corporate managers,they can care less about labor. There is no room for advancent,no matter how long you've been there. The job has basically become a sales job.

      Pros

      The name GALLUP and the people who have been the real builders of it.

      Cons

      It is shameful to see the results of very bad leadership (Exec Comm). For the past two decades the respected and admired Gallup name was sent up the flagpole and a moat of arrogance was built around it. Sell whatever you can, as fast as you can and then be persecuted by operations for doing your job. I just left and it will be interesting to see how long it takes for my history to be rewritten and my contributions minimized.
